At our modern dental center in the heart of Nashville’s design district, Hope Smiles delivers world-class care with heart. By pairing top dentists with rising professionals, we are able to offer expert, affordable care to everyone who walks through our doors. We’re also known for our Free Dental Days, which bring the community together to serve those who need it most with no strings attached.

Hope Smiles Began With One Simple Belief: Everyone deserves access to quality dental care and no one should be left behind.
Founded by Dr. Phillip Kemp in 2005, Hope Smiles was born out of compassion and a desire to serve those who often go unseen. What started as a way to meet local dental needs quickly grew into a movement that combines expert care, meaningful mentorship for future dentists, and a commitment to building relationships that last far beyond the chair.
In partnership with the University of Tennessee and Meharry Medical College, we’ve empowered the next generation of dental leaders through hands-on training rooted in empathy and purpose. And in 2013, our mission expanded globally, beginning a powerful partnership in Uganda that continues today, where we train local providers to deliver life-changing care to those who need it most.
